Every plan in the library can be finished in any of these three. They are not palettes or moodboards — each one is a complete, specified schedule, down to the paint code and the door lever. Pick the plan, pick the look, and the thousand decisions underneath are already made.

Look 01
The Cabin
Moody, warm, and closed in — the house you want in February.
Stained wood overhead and on the walls, deep earth tones, iron and oil-rubbed bronze. Drystack Tennessee fieldstone at the fireplace. It is the darkest of the three and the most enveloping, and on a wooded lot it reads as though the house grew there.

Look 02
The Craftsman Cottage
Quiet and handmade — the most restrained of the three.
Painted v-groove wainscot with the wall above a half-step lighter, natural pine overhead on exposed beams, aged brass and seeded glass. Tumbled Georgia brick at the hearth. It is the look that ages least — nothing in it will date the house to the year it was built.

The Modern Farmhouse
Bright, calm, and graphic — the one that photographs itself.
Warm white v-groove floor to ceiling, whitewashed ceilings against light oak beams, matte black against pale wood. Rough limestone ashlar at the fireplace. It is the brightest of the three and the easiest to live with if you want a house that feels open on a gray day.
