What we collect, and what we don't.

We are a small home builder, not a data business. This page says plainly what happens to your information, because a privacy policy written to be unreadable is its own kind of answer.

What we collect

Only what you type into the site-evaluation form and send us: your name, your email address, your phone number if you give it, where your land is, which plan interests you, and whatever you tell us in the message box. That's the whole list. We don't ask for financial information anywhere on this site, and you should be wary of any builder who does before you've met.

What we use it for

Answering you, walking your land, and putting numbers to your build. That is the entire purpose. If you go quiet, we may follow up once or twice; if you tell us you're not moving forward, we stop.

What we never do

We do not sell your information. We do not rent, trade, or share it with lenders, realtors, suppliers, or marketing companies. Nobody is buying a list of people who asked us about a house, because we do not sell one.

Who else touches it

A form on a website cannot deliver email by itself, so submissions pass through a form-forwarding service on their way to our inbox. Our site is served by a web host, which keeps ordinary server logs. Those companies process the information on our behalf and for no other purpose. Once a message reaches us it lives in our email and in our own records, same as a phone call would.

Cookies and tracking

This site sets no advertising cookies and runs no ad-network trackers. You are not being followed around the internet because you looked at a floor plan. If we ever add analytics, it will be a privacy-friendly kind that counts visits without building a profile of you, and this page will say so.

How long we keep it

As long as it's useful — a lot we walked three years ago is worth remembering when you call back. Ask us to delete your information and we will, and we'll confirm when it's done.

Children

This site isn't directed at children, and we don't knowingly collect anything from them.
