These prices are published and fixed — the base price is a complete house standing on its slab. The two basement lines are alternatives, not additions: pick the slab, the unfinished basement, or the finished one. Site development is separate, and honest. The name

Why “Sautee”

Sautee Nacoochee is the valley southeast of Helen where two coves meet — old farmland, an arts community, and the gazebo mound every traveler on GA-17 slows down for. The name carries a legend. The valley itself doesn't need one.
