  • Full basement — unfinished, in place of the slab $50,000
  • Full basement, finished — in place of the slab, adds one bedroom, one full bath, and a large living space $120,000

  • Two-car carport — gravel floor $30,000

These prices are published and fixed — the base price is a complete house standing on its slab. The two basement lines are alternatives, not additions: pick the slab, the unfinished basement, or the finished one. Site development is separate, and honest. The name

Why “Soque”

The Soque River rises below Tray Mountain and runs its whole length inside Habersham County before it meets the Chattahoochee. Trout people know it as some of the finest water in Georgia. A working river in a working county — it suits a house built around the dinner table.
