These prices are published and fixed — the base price is a complete house standing on its slab. The two basement lines are alternatives, not additions: pick the slab, the unfinished basement, or the finished one. Site development is separate, and honest. The name

Why “Yonah”

Mount Yonah stands alone between Cleveland and Helen — a granite face you can see from half the county. The name is Cherokee for bear, and Army Rangers still train on its cliffs. If you live here, Yonah is how you know you're almost home.
